Donnie's Dresses of Union
| • Minimums |
- We have a four suit minimum
- They do not have to be the same style, they can be assorted
- We have a six dress minimum
- You can get assorted lined and un-lined dresses skirt sets and pant sets in different sizes for your clientele
- We have a four hat minimum and an eight bag minimum when ordered separately |
| • Payment Methods |
- All Major Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express)
- COD (Money Order or Cashier's Check made payable to Donnie's Dresses)
- There is a 25% deposit required on credit card for all COD orders |
| • Returned/Refused Boxes |
- If a box is returned from an unclaimed COD, we can still re-ship the package with your approval
- However, in addition to the initial shipping charges, we will also charge your for the cost of shipping the box the first time
- Also, any customer that has a returned box from a COD will no longer be shipped on COD
- Once an order has been placed and a credit card has been given, any cancelled orders will result in a 25% restocking fee |
| • Restocking Fee |
| - If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the amount of the order, plus all shipping charges incurred |
| • Returns |
| - ALL sales are final, there are NO returns ( Unless items are damaged or defected ) |
